# ONECHAT TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY

## 1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy ("Agreement") include terms, conditions, and data processing notices regarding the use of services and products within OneChat ("Platform").

1.2. To use any Service within OneChat, users must agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If users disagree with any terms, they must immediately cease using the Services.

## 2. Age Restriction and Eligibility

2.1. General Age Requirements:
- OneChat is strictly intended for users who are 14 years of age or older. If you are under 14 years old, you are not permitted to use this application.

- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 14, we will promptly delete such information.

2.2. KYC Requirements for Group Features:
- Users must complete KYC verification to:
  * Create groups
  * Participate in group chats
- Minimum age of 18 years required for group-related features
- KYC verification must be renewed annually
- Failed KYC verification will restrict access to group features

2.3. KYC Verification Process:
- Users must provide:
  * Valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license)
  * Nation/Nationality information
  * Clear selfie photo
  * Short verification video showing user holding their ID
- Additional requirements:
  * Photos and video must be clearly visible and unedited
  * ID must be valid and not expired
  * Face in selfie and video must match ID photo
- Documents will be verified through our secure verification system
- Processing time: typically 1-3 business days

2.4. Data Storage for KYC:
- Verification documents are encrypted and stored securely
- Documents are retained as required by law
- Users can request document deletion after account closure
- Regular audits of stored KYC data
- Access to KYC data is strictly limited to authorized personnel

6.2. Data Request Process & Deletion Process
6.2.1. Send a Deletion Request  
   - Email **vdiarybook@gmail.com** with the subject line:

     ```  
   - In the body of your email, provide:  
     - The email address you used to sign in with Facebook (if applicable).  
     - Your **Facebook User ID** (to find this: go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → locate “OneChat” → click it to see your Facebook User ID).  
     - A brief statement, for example:  
       “Please delete all data associated with my OneChat account.”  

6.2.2. What We Delete  
   - Facebook ID and any Facebook-linked login credentials.  
   - Name, email address, and profile picture URL provided via Facebook.  
   - Chat history and user-generated content stored in our backend.  
   - Usage data (analytics logs, crash reports, preferences).  
   - Any KYC documents (ID, selfie, verification video) once your account is closed.

6.2.3. Timeline  
   - Within 5 business days, we will confirm receipt of your request by email.  
   - Within 30 calendar days of receiving your confirmed request, we will permanently delete all of your data (as listed above).  
   - After deletion is complete, we will send you a final **confirmation email** stating that your request has been processed and your data is irrecoverable.

6.2.4. If You Do Not Hear Back  
   - If you do not receive an initial acknowledgment within 5 business days, please send a follow-up to **vdiarybook@gmail.com** with the subject line:

## 7. Data Storage and Retention

7.1. We store your data:
- For the duration necessary for service provision
- Until account deletion request
- As required by law

7.2. Data is automatically deleted when:
- No longer needed for service provision
- User requests deletion

8.2. We DO NOT:
- Sell personal information

- Disclose private messages

## 9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:
- Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Platform
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes
- Share inappropriate or harmful content
- Attempt to breach security measures
- Create multiple accounts
- Harass other users

## 10. WebView Content Policy
10.1. Ecosystem Integration
- All WebView content in the Platform is exclusively part of the VDiaryBook ecosystem
- WebView are used solely to display content from VDiaryBook's own servers and systems
- No third-party gambling, external payment systems are integrated
- All WebView content is controlled and maintained by VDiaryBook

10.2. Content Restrictions
- WebView content is limited to:
  * VDiaryBook's documentation and support materials
  * User-generated content within our ecosystem
  * VDiaryBook's official features and services
- All transactions and services within WebViews are processed through VDiaryBook's systems
- No integration with Apple's payment systems or services

## 11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:
- Violate our terms of service
- Are discovered to belong to users under 14
- Engage in prohibited activities
- Breach this privacy policy
